How do I place an order?

Once you have seen the picture you would like:

1. Order from the shop on this website, email me direct or contact me through facebook

2. I will need names (and ages of children just for sizing purposes)

3. The quote you would like to add

(if different from the one you see)

4. Choose your button colours

5. Choose your frame colour

6. Any special instructions

7. Your name and address

8. Your payment - details will be sent to you if you haven't ordered through the website

How long will it take?

Pictures typically take between

7 - 14 days to create and are then posted 2nd class standard delivery. Collection can be arranged from me in Sale or local deliveries (Altrincham/Sale area) can be made

Can I arrange a picture any quicker?

We may be able to offer an express service at certain times, however, this will incur an extra charge. Please ask for details

How will I receive my picture?

Can I add a further character to my picture at a later date?

Unfortunately we are unable to add another character to your picture at a later date. Your picture has been created to capture a moment in time and was carefully designed and then printed prior to mounting and framing. We may be able to offer a discount for a new picture - please ask for details 

Can Button Birdz make a bespoke picture?

Button Birdz produce a specific range of pictures which can then be personalised with your choice of characters, names and colours.

Button Birdz can also make bespoke pictures subject to the following criteria:

- The picture and character design remains within the Button Birdz style

- Additional features may be available subject to a request. This will require a new design to be produced and therefore will incur additional charges

- extra charges for a small frame typically range from £5 - £10

-extra charges for the larger frame are typically £10

Please allow extra time as a bespoke picture can take around 2-3 weeks. Please contact me to discuss your requirements
